Delivery Information

Netima Online is based in Lagos and delivers across Nigeria.

Delivery areas

• Lagos: Mainland and Island, including Lekki and Ajah
• Other states: nationwide delivery through our courier partners

Delivery fees

The delivery fee depends on your location. It is shown at checkout, or we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before you pay. For a quote, message us on 0803 334 9015 or 0907 931 4980.

Delivery times

We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before we send it, and we tell you the expected delivery date at the same time. Lagos orders usually arrive faster than orders to other states.

Before your order arrives

• Please give a full address and a phone number that is reachable on the delivery day.
• If you need to change your address, contact us before your order is dispatched.
• If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody can be reached, a second delivery may cost extra.
